State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education
The State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education operates the South Carolina Technical College System, which is comprised of 16 technical colleges, and its statewide affiliate programs including the Center for Accelerated Technology Training’s readySC™ program and Apprenticeship Carolina™.

The State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA) provides oversight for the fiscal activities for state government. The divisions within SFAA provide state agencies and political subdivisions with a variety of insurance products (property and liability) and procurement services of supplies, services, information technology and construction.

State Law Enforcement Division
