South Carolina Education Lottery (SCEL) Executive Director Ernie Passailaigue has been elected Chairman of the Powerball Group and Vice President of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). Passailaigue was elected to the position by the 31 member lotteries that offer the Powerball game.
